The Rubball is a vibrating massage ball. The ball is coated with rubber that includes three different surfaces. One half of the ball has small little bumps on it, the middle of the ball is a smooth surface, and the other half of the ball has some larger, more spaced out bumps.

The Rubball comes with three varying speeds. Each speed gets progressively stronger with more vibrations. The 3-speed adjustments range from 2000rpm – 4000rpm, offering several options to determine what is most suitable for the area being massaged.  The 3 speeds are designed to service your body for various reasons. Rubball has outlined these speeds as follows: 1. Wake-up muscles 2. Fascia release/Eliminate lactic acid  3. Muscle recovery. The device has a 10-minute auto-timer shut-off, so if you plan to massage for a longer period of time you’ll need to be aware of the auto-shut-off. The Rubball also features a convenient carrying cord that can be adjusted to fit snugly on your wrist or can be attached to your gym bag. When the ball is operating, it operates at a very quiet volume (estimated 45 decibels).

What are the specifications of the Rubball?

The Rubball comes with 3-variable speeds. The device is powered by a built-in, 2600mAh, non-removable lithium ion battery. The battery should be charged for 2 hours initially, but once charged it has a life of approximately 4 hours.

What comes with the Rubball?

The Rubball does not come with any additional accessories. Included in the box is the necessary charging cord, which plugs directly into the massage ball. The device also comes with a carrying string that comes attached to the ball, but can also be detached.

How do you use the Rubball?

To turn the device on, simply press and hold the power button. Once the Rubball is on, press the power button once again to activate the first intensity level. To cycle through the different levels of vibration, continue to press the power button. There are three different speeds to choose from. To turn the device off, press and hold the power button.

To massage with the Rubball, use the ball as you would with a lacrosse ball or prickly massage ball. You can use the ball on its own to superficially massage your arms, neck, back, face, etc with the vibrations, or you can place the ball under your body weight for added pressure.

How portable is the Rubball?

The Rubball is a great device to take on any travels. It can easily fit in almost any bag as it is very small and light. The ball itself weighs in under a pound at 0.88 lbs.
